   Oleo doesn't take any warranty for the completeness, correctness or quality of the songtexts in our database. Furthermore Oleo isn't liable for accruing material or ideal damage of using this site unless there is a willful or abrasive breach. Oleo reserves to itself the right of changing the offer everytime and expanding, exchanging or deleting parts of the homepage respectively. A law of protection for uploaded Songtexts doesn't exist!.
   The copying or alienation of the material from Oleo (sites, scripts, graphics and songtexts) is not allowed. The area "Napping" is an exception of this rule!
   For the private and non-commercial use it is allowed to copy songtexts if it doesn't concern more than 1% of the whole material and the source is obvious.

2. The songtexts itself

   Oleo doesn't take any warranty for the completeness. The online content of Oleo is a self-interpretation of texts which need not to be conform with the originals.
   To eliminate judicial complications the provider have to check every songtext before uploading.Oleo is only a providing-plattform and doesn't represent the meaning of the songtexts and isn't responsible for the content of the texts at any time. Judical doubt can be eliminated by email contact.

3. Data Security

   The personal data of the registered users (email and so on) are for the Oleo database administration only and is not given to any third parties.

4. Costs

   The usage of Oleo does not create any costs, the financing of the site and the Oleo server is warranted with banner-advertisements. A changing of the financing system is possible.

5. Links

   Oleo distances itself from all links leaving the field of responsibility of Oleo, because Oleo can't acquire or control the content of the linked pages.

6. Advertising on Oleo

   Everone who wants to advertise for a homepage, a project or something like that, can do this at a fixed price in case the advertised product does not offend against the law or contains erotical material. You find the fixed price under "Advertise".
   Oleo reserves to itself the right to refuse a partner who wants to present advertisements. The place to advertise can be booked basically against prepayment (assignment). If a partner changes its advertisement in the booked time Oleo reserves to itself the right to cancel and delete the outstanding advertisement.
   The presented data like page requests and banner rotation numbers are averages and can vary form day to day.

7. The severability clause

   If there are parts of this terms of use which are not compatible to the law in force or are illegal for some other reasons, other parts of this terms of use are not affected or lose their binding character.
