Confused

there are times in my life
when all things are unclear
all my thoughts
turn around
make me feel confused
the world around me it tries to make me change my mind
about the truth
it rather wants me to go blind
help me through these times
protect me from wrong
give me peace and quiet – time
to find and see the differences
give me eyes to see your ways, ears to hear your voice
and eyes to see your ways
guide my heart
guide my thoughts
give me strength
to carry on
let me see
the truth o Lord
reveal yourself
to me my God
keep me Lord
from losing ground in this world
help me to understand
your leading and your will
i want to believe
and be faithful to you
reveal yourself to me
so i can see
what is wrong?
what is right?
what’s the truth?
what’s in your mind?
