a modern masterpiece

malmsteen is a classical guitar master and composer who for many years has been playing in cheesy 80s rock poser bands he created and now finally he gave the people what we want an all classical cd by the greatest technical player alltime(sorry michaelangelos faster but not as skilled) this cd is simply beautiful hearing how an electric guitar works with a symphony makes you wonder why it hasnt been done more often its amazing and sounds much cooler than an accoustic classical guitar(he plays that too)many noted his tone doesnt sound good here id say it sounds good but it does kind of have a muddier sound than on most of his stuff but in a way its refreshing and it mixes in with the orchestra well anyways if you like segovia or any kind of classical check out the amazing malmsteen doing all classical its a cool cd to listen to when youre bored of 2 chord rock

skilled musician

we saw Malmsteen twice. the guy comes off as cheesey and typical european rocker on stage. but you can't deny his guitar skills. if you are a guitar-enthusiast you'll absolutely be amazed at this cd. it's not like his other albums/cds. this is something (for lack of a better word) special and unusual. the orchestra and yngwie complement each other so sweetly and with such power. we originaly payed over $40 for the cd when it first came out. it's well worth more than that. if you get a chance to see him on the road, by all meens go do that too.

Why on earth would you do this only to just "Shred" over what they are playing??



Here's how you can pull this off.



#1 Get back cd and place into CD player.



#2 Get guitar and turn to 11.



#3 Shred meaninless patterns.



#4 Sell cd of that.



Yngwie cannot read music folks. If you read the credits you will see who transposed all that stuff.



Get the DVD and you can see yngwie is about to throw his guitar over his shoulders like he's on a rock band..!





He just wanks all over this with the same patterns and isn't taking it seriously as he should have.
