GREAT ALBUM!

After purchasing "Chilled Spirit" I was interested in other chill out albums. I was very pleased after purchasing "At home @ Sunset". It's a mix of soft relaxing music with the perfect mix of upbeat songs that give the album great diversity and keeps your interest. It's the perfect album to relax or do homework to. It's very trendy and fun to listen to.

Innovative

Heard this at a record store who had sold out of these. Couldn't wait to get it off of Amazon. Typically, I am not a huge fan of ambient/electronica but this is an exception.

The 4th track by Tall Paul entitled "Perfect Heart" is worth the purchase alone. The loops of INXS' "Never Tear Us Apart" with the sampling are divine to say the least. There are other mixes on it that have some 50's Mambo and Shirley Bassey-esque sounding tracks looped in as well as all sorts of various other types of music, incredibly unique.

This CD is perfect as background music. Try it..you'll like it!

SUPERB musical wallpaper

This is simply the best chill-out compilation disc I've heard. Tall Paul's "Precious Heart" is the highlight of the collection. The track re-works the old INXS song "Never Tear Us Apart" with absolutely astounding results. Alex Gopher's "The Child" uses Billie Holiday's "God Bless The Child" as a theme; although it feels a bit more forced than "Precious Heart," it's still fascinating. The rest of the disc is equally excellent -- definitely groovin', but also nicely ambient & laid-back. Perfect background music for your life.
