An enjoyable listen for those quiet days...

One day at the store, I noticed that this cd had just come out so I bought it. Even though it is basically just acoustical versions of songs off "Elva", it is still a pretty good cd. The production is very well done and the songs sound great in their acoustical versions. Even though I always skip a couple of songs here or there, the rest of them are good. Anyways, grab this one if your an Unwritten Law fan who wants some acoustical versions of their more popular songs.

If you like Unwritten Law you will love this. It almost has a very innocent sound to it. It also has an old treasure for old UL fans in the last track. Good Stuff!

I stumbled upon this particular album by accident, and I am so thankful I did. Immediately, you are struck by the sheer talent of this band from the first notes. Fresh, exciting, and completely fierce,Unwritten Law delivers acoustic renditions of their punk/rock songs. It's a wonder why they are not one of the biggest bands around. Their lyrics are honest and forceful, their music is intricate and extremely well-played.

Different styles integrate into an acoustic medley that make for an amazing listening experience. Personal favorites include the beautifully honest 'Rest of my Life' and the blues rock infused 'Blame it On Me'

Unwritten Law are unlike any other band out there. 'Music from High Places' is an album that fully embodies all elements of good music: raw talent, fresh sounds, seasoned skill.

It's what all albums should strive to be.
