Reviews:

Dag Nasty meets Brown Lobster Tank, you need to own this.

I've been looking forward to this for ages, but now I'm happy. If you ever heard, and liked 'Brown Lobster Tank', and also have a big interest in 'Dag Nasty', then "There is No 'I' In Band" is a record you need to own. As good as BLT were, 'the tank' have upped things a level, both in terms of speed(see the awesome track Mess) and song writing. They are just better all around. So any way, 13 tracks in all, together with nice packaging makes this one to look out for, definitely.

excellent

For anyone that misses Big Drill Car--BUY THIS ALBUM. A Mix between BDC and Gameface. Poppy punk rock without all the sugar. OH YEAHHH

The Tank are my friends

If you're looking for that elusive Orange County sound all the kids love nowadays, it's right here baby. Other bands just aren't as flat out fun as these guys. Just 'cause they're my pals doesn't mean that every song on this CD isn't good ol' rock 'n' roll fun. If you're looking for pure entertainment, forget Disneyland. Go buy "There's No I in Band", spin around in a circle for twenty minutes or so, stop - and listen to songs like "You". It's just as good and not nearly as expensive. (Only problem being The Tank doesn't have churros and they don't wear animal outfits, that often) How else ya gonna have more fun for $10? (Not counting hookers) If they're playing live go see 'em, they're fun to watch. (Keep one eye on Guy, the bass player, he moves sooo sexy.) Besides their hip-happnin' song "Every Tuesday" is in "This Year's Model", the funniest ultra-independent movie playing at the 1999 Newport Beach International Film Festival. And hey, if you think all this just some shameless plug for my friends' band and movie, well - - - you're right. (But it is REALLY good)
