Reviews:

Get Don't Play WIth Matches

This is a cheesy remix of the album "Don't Play With Matches" in which they tried to capitalize on the MB20 success by making it sound more like the recent albums.

DPWM are the songs in their original form and are VASTLY BETTER.

Milking a Dead Cow

Please.

Rob Thomas doesn't want to hear anything about Tabitha's Secret.

Neither should you.

Take 10 year old songs and a need to milk them until they scream, and you have this album.

Save your money for Rob's solo album, if you want original. If you are a fan of re-hashed junk, then this album is for you.

Ouch

Well there's an hour of my life I'll never get back. I got this out of the bargain bin at a local record store. Being familiar with the band's demos and the whole Matchbox 20 thing, I quickly grabbed it. Much to my dismay, when I put it on, all of the songs had been remixed and "popped" up. Seriously, you can hardly call it "rock" anymore, let alone "post-grunge." All of their original grit is gone. On top of that, the liner notes are just the self-gratification of disgruntled Jay Stanley, embodied by sickeningly cheesy graphics. Go find the original versions of these songs and thank me later.

Lesson learned: if a CD is in the bargain bin, it's probably there for a reason. I want my $2.50 back.
