again, kudos to Rhino!

Kudos to Rhino for bringing this "forgotten" period of Roy's career into the light with such grace. Roy recorded many more songs for MGM than he did for Monument, and Rhino did an excellent job of sorting through them to bring us the cream, in wonderful sound and with loving annotation. It must be said that this does not equal the brilliance of his Monument period, but, taken in it's own right, is a wonderful collection of music, showcasing arguably the greatest rock vocalist of all time. A 5 star winner. Thanks again, Rhino!

CLASSIC ORBISON

This CD is right up there with his hits of "Crying", "In Dreams", etc. The classic emotional voice of Roy comes through. The orchestration is terrific. Sherried@Kansas.net

Overlooked masterpieces

The casual fan in totally unaware of the treats that await them on this CD. This music was recorded at a time in Roy's career when his music wasn't cool anymore, after the British Invasion. Believe me, if you are a Roy Orbison fan, you will love this CD.
