Great collection--Where's the rest of the MGM stuff?

Roy made quite a few records with MGM in between his two stints at Monument. Most of them are excellent, but very few have seen the light of day in the CD age. This collection is hard to find; there is a similar collection called "The MGM Singles" available on the official Orbison website. But it's criminal that the MGM LPs have not been reissued (to say nothing of his early 70s Monument recordings like the "Regeneration" album). I can't think of another performer of Roy's stature who has this big a gap in his catalog reissues.



UPDATE (10/04): Edsel Records in the UK has put out all 11 albums that Roy did for MGM on five two-fers.

I FIRST HEARD THIS ALBUM AT THE LIBRARY - IT HAS ROY'S WONDERFUL VOICE SINGING TUNES WE WISH HE WOULD HAVE DONE - SO FEW KNOW ABOUT THESE SONGS - THEY ARE PURE ROY - EXCELLENT - TO BE ENJOYED.
