"Don't Speak"? Let me speak something!

This is the first No Doubt song I heard 4 years ago when I was in the U.S. In fact, when I heard it on the radio (not knowing what this song was called and who sang it), Gwen Stefani's vocal left me an unforgettable mark in my ear. Since then I have explored many possible resources to discover the band and the song. Still sounds great and cool! My research all over the Internet really paid off.

Earing No Doubt there first number one hit, "Don't Speak" by No Doubt is an amazing song-- a powerful ballad with sharp, ditinctive lyrics sung by an amazinly unique voice that makes you taste the pain of heartbreak. It's a song to listen to while depressed over a lover, and to cry to when things are going the wrong way. I belive with the assistance of time this song will put No Doubt in the Rock 'n' Roll Hall Of Fame. And if you have the "Tragic Kingdom" CD and don't see the need to buy this single do it for the alternate version of "Don't Speak", the demo, which in my opion isn't bad, but also isn't as good as the single version. There is also or "Greener Pastures" off there "Becon Street Collection", a seering heavy song that rips through about a gazzilon emotions in a second. But espeically buy it for the acustic version of "Hey You". Played live at the "Tragic Kingdom Tour" it shows off how truley amazing Gwens vocals are, and I loved Adrien on the drums.

for me if No Doubt had have broken up after this Song I could understand because they truly nailed a Song that was a Home-run.this Song has alot of feelings&depth to it.I like some of there songs but nothing quite hits me the same as this one.
