Reviews:

The Best Dance Track I have heard for a very long time

Nick Kamen is a forgotton boyhunk icon or ex-idol that induces both voluntary and involuntary salivation from women of varying ages, probably because of the Levis "Laundrette" ad he did. Groomed and mentored by Madonna, he went ahead on a wave of transient fame from a couple of hits, namely,"Each Time You Break My Heart" from the eponymous titled album released in 1987, written and produced by Madonna, and "I Promised Myself" from the album, Move Until We Fly in 1990. After 14 years, "I Promised Myself" sound so totally refreshingly revamped yet surprisingly addictive, more so than the original album version, the latter having guitar riff similar to Erasure's A Little Respect. Certainly better than even the independiente mix.
