I love evvything about this ditty. Lemme tellya why. Have ya ever had one of them days that'cha cain't take the bull and want to primal SCreeeeAM it out? Evvybody's sweatin' ya about somethin', time is racing by fast, ya become intimate friends with all sorts of headache and pain remedies (and you're considering Prozac, St. John's or decapitation) and just when ya think ya cain't take it no more---"You saw WHOoo, doin' whuuaaat?" Yeah. Youknowhatimean? That's what this is really about....notwithstanding the general lover- up-to-no-good jazz it's really about that experience of the proverbial last straw. Glam gurl Kelis caught it perfectly on CD and video, and it serves ta remind us playas and wanna be playas there's a thin line between gettin' skins and gettin' skinned....not that I'd been "Caught...", mind ya, but I've seen it happen waaaay too often--trust me.
