Learning To Love Julio

With my apologies to Mr. Iglesias, somewhere along the line I had gotten the distinct impression that he was some cheesy pop singer without a lot of talent. My purchase of "Noche De Cuatro Lunas" has long since dispelled that notion. Wow, is this man talented!



Every song on here is a "keeper" but especially excellent are the opening number, Gozar La Vida, a very catchy, you've got to dance to it song and the beautiful duet with Alejandro Fernandez, "Dos Corazones." That song BREATHES romance with every fiber of its being. There are a lot of Caribbean/Latin style tunes, both romantic and dance, and Julio is absolutely at his best in projecting the feelings we experience here. Believe me, there are NO bad songs on this. This album was SO good I've since bought eight more of Julio's albums. A wonderful purchase.

Nuevamente el Señor Julio Iglesias a demostrado que sólo los mejores pueden estar años y años en lo más alto. La calidad de este trabajo es enorme y aunque nos encontremos con una clase de música distinta a la habitual de sus repertorios, sin dudas sigue intacta su calidad.
Mis favoritos: Dos hombres, dos historias (ecxelente Alejandro Fernández); Te voy a contar mi vida y la "salsera" Gozar la vida.
