Beautiful Song

I'm a Jewel fan and I'm in the process of collecting all her music- not just LPS, but singles, too. I was astonsished when I came upon this item, though. As familiar as I am with the album version and as good as every other track on Pieces Of You was, I never knew this was a single. I thought only "Who Will Save Your Soul","You Were Meant For Me", and "Foolish Games" were released. Go figure. For those of you who want to know, I DO know for sure that there wasn't a video for this song. Anyway, this single contains the album version, a radio mix, and a reggae version. The radio mix sounded nice, and sounded just like the album version, only with more percussion, strings, and band in the background instead of just her guitar. It happens to many of Jewel's singles where they're rerecorded or remixed and it just sounds too overproduced and generic. This time, the remix sounded just as nice, though the album one is still my favorite. I never thought a reggae version could be pulled off without sounding like a joke, but it actually fit the song perfectly.
