I bought this because of the previous reviews and I am totally impressed with it. It is beautiful music, full of images of the season, both religious & not. This is a very special holiday CD and I highly recommend it.

True Spirit of Christmas!

This is a re-release of a previous CD by the Lovemongers. It has 2 new songs "Mary" and "Let's Stay In". This is a must-have CD for the holiday season. It has some beautiful adaptations of Ave Maria and O Holy Night along with original songs by Ann and Nancy. Ann's voice sounds stunning amidst the expert guitar playing of her sister Nancy. This is a great CD to put on sitting by a roaring fire with family and friends. The harmonies are beautiful and some of songs have a folk feeling to them, while others have a bluesy type of sound. Even if you're not a big fan of Christmas songs, this album could be listened to at anytime. Like everything that Ann & Nancy Wilson have done, this one is a gem as well.
