Some of the finest Etta James ever-HUGE!!!

If Chess doesn't reissue this one, it's a crying shame. Everyone who hears my copy wants one and I have to commisserate but they can't have it. Countless people have tried to find it. "Let's Burn Down the Cornfield" (randy newman) is an absolute classic. The darkly soulfull "I'd Rather Go Blind" and "Tell Mama" are fabulous and the finisher, "Gonna have some fun tonight" is recorded with a party background to jump start your evening or keep the rockin' rollin'. Recording quality is somewhat mixed, but generally excellent given the quality of the times(67-75)and places Muscle Shoals,Alabama to L.A. Track down a copy and YELL at Chess.
