Another winner

This is the fourth single from Gabrielle's album 'Rise', and the third good one. Rise was good and the divine Should I Stay was one of the best songs of the year (although When A Woman was very second rate). Out of Reach is soulful, with a relaxing bass line and beautiful sweeping vocals. It is taken from the film Bridget Jones' Diary and makes a nice change from the awful 'It's Raining Men' cover by Geri Halliwell, also on the soundtrack.

Gabrielles new single very lush

Not only has her album released 4 great R&b/gospel tracks hitting the top 20, this new single is by far my favourite. Out Of Reach gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it.

Out of reach peaked @ #4 in the U.K which is really good. I love it and will buy it a.s.a.p. Aswell as performing an achoustic version on Top Of The Pops doesn't seem to be found on the single is a letdown.

Good .....but not her best

This song is taken from the soundtrack of the much speculated 'Briget Jones' Diary and hell it's better than the cover of 'It's Raining Men' by the talented (or so we are meant to believe) Geri Halliwell , but is it up to Gabrielle's own standard ?Frankly it's a bit short and the mixes do not bring out their own full potencial .I jumped when I heard there were mixes by Sunship AND the Architecs on the same single , but the Sunship mix is a bit repetitive and loses the whole mood of the song .The Architecs mix has a good mood , but it's TOO slow ,and frankly anyone who has heard 'Body Groove' and 'Show Me The Money' will believe me as Architecs are an upcoming garage band with heavy potencial .So okay I'm being critical ,but if you don't believe me , buy it ,and see what I mean.
