Reviews:

Get Down With Disturbed!

I'm speechless... this album is REALLY great! I put it in the car and not one person is bored. All the songs are fun and rockin'! I'm sure you have heard of "Get Down With the Sickness" and "Stupify". Well just like those 2 songs, all the others deserve to be on the radio also. The album is just plain awesome!

Good

I thought this would be another C.D. with the singer yelling his head off.I listened to it and it is awesome.I bought it on Amazon for a low price to.

Great intro to metal

All aspiring metalheads, listen up! Buying this CD is the perfect way to get started on a metal journey. Disturbed has a unique style filled with animal like grunts and one heckuva voice that goes from melodic and tranquil to in your face insane. The songs are all different and well done, but the songs "Stupify," "Violence Fetish," "Dropping Plates" and of course "Down with the Sickness" all stand out in my mind. Disturbed also uses electronic effects in their songs, but don't worry, it's far from techno. Even if you're not an aspiring metal head, still worth checking out. Also check out "Believe" by Disturbed too.

I want the sickness

This C.D. is awesome!!I love it.I listen to it every fricken day.If you are a fan of Limp Bizkit or Linkin Park you should buy this awesome album!!!!!

Really rather kicks butt...

Disturbed and Chevelle are my two current favorite 'alternative metal' groups. For those who like b*tching about how bad this music is, why don't you either hit the Barry Manilow section or go listen to "Unleashed in the East" for the ten trillionth time. Some of us are looking for newer talent in raw, aggressive music. Yeah, I liked all the old brit-metal and classic rock groups too, but at some point it just gets old. You can listen to both. Or maybe not...

P.S. I really wish people would quit rating specific 'nu-metal' albums based on their general hatred of nu-metal. It's stupid as hell (hint, makes you look like an a**h0le and a m0ron). If you don't like the genre, just go the hell away and hang with your own musical crowd. Capiche?

This is complete crap

THANK GOD the nu-metal era is pretty much over. You dont see as much korn, linkin park, slipknot, mudvayne, and these f*cks all over anymore. Dave Draiman needs to check himself into an institute if song writing involves getting beat my his mother (Down with the sickness). That isnt scary or hardcore, its just annoying garbage. No one wants hear somebody getting beaten by their own f*ckin mother. And Stupify, o look out, we have a song called stupify we're cool. haha, dont make me laugh. And how come so many nu metal bands gotta cuss so much (slipknot, korn, disturbed, mudvayne) do they think it makes them look cooler with a parental advisory sticker on their album cover? come guys, grow up. Disturbed, your music sux. and i wouldnt even take an album for free if i was allowed to sell is for 20 dollars.
