This c.d. captivates Dionne Warwick at her very best! This c.d. very nicely includes material from her entire career. The front cover is also very inviting for fans. I am very bewildered to why Arista insisted on another compilation, instead of a re-issue of the title: NO NIGHT SO LONG???
For instance: Dionne (1979-1990), Dionne (Definitive collection), Dionne (Sings Dionne), Dionne (Essential Collection), and now Dionne (Platinum Collection). Arista, lets finish the full catalog before we have another compilation!!! 2004 should be the year for NO NIGHT SO LONG...

Pop/R&B at it's best

There's no one on U.S. Top 40 radio that can top this CD of stellar singles! I can't name favourites because I love them all! This is music that can stand the test of time! Even though these song were recorded in the 70's and 80's, you would not know because none of the song are dated. Her vocals is great throughout the entire CD. Recommended to those that don't know of her music and those who enjoy music of class and substance.
