CONTAINS RARE WORK!

This CD deserves five stars if for no other reason than the fact that it contains some of Dionne's hard-to-find work from the Warner Brothers period. We fans have to search far and wide to find this work, and this is the best that I've been able to do so far. I look forward to more releases from this period!

Dionne's voice is fine throughout, and the listener can hear it maturing if the songs are heard chronologically (a challenge, since no years are included!!). Only true Dionne fans will know the proper order in which these songs should be heard. Next time I hope there will be explanatory liner notes so that we might get more from the material. But, aside from the "budgetness" of this package, a fine set of music!

The title of this cd fit like a 'T'!!!

I really like this cd the first five songs are Warwick classics and need little if any introduction(simply great music) the remaining five songs may not be as well known but what great songs to add to this cd. These songs were taken from albums Dionne did in the middle to late 70's, if you listern to these last five songs one may but to rest the myth that Dionne did not do good music doing this period. These songs are great and I listen to these cuts often after purchasing this CD, and I even recall, "Once You Hit the Road" as a R&B top five hit, as well in the Carolinas Beach music listerners will recognize "Do you Believe in Love at First Sight" as a beach music classic, good, good stuff this cd will not disappoint you!!!!
