Beautiful opening single from Medúlla.

IF you scoff at the tiny tracklisting, you might need to go the right way and buy this no matter what (like I did!). The radio edit of "Who Is It?" is fine, nice to have. It's basically a tweaked-to-be-shorter version of the album version.



But this disc offers one of the greatest collaborations with an artist named Kelis. The song "Oceania" is given a new dimension with her vocals and EXTRA lyrics, which are very well-suited for the song, etc. There is a new beat, tweaked choral sounds, and a very memorable (very great) contribution from Tagaq. Björk jumps in halfway and Kelis moves back a little, singing great variations to the main tune, carried by Björk.



The packaging is also very well-printed and smells wonderful!

She Is Bjork!

I consider Who Is It to be the best single off Medulla. Upbeat and cheerful, the song sings of recognizing the person who's able to share your joy and pain. The edit version of the song here is the shorter version of the album track. UIt's the only CD you'll find this song.



The b-side is the fabulous remix of Oceania featuring the undisputed funk soulstress Kelis whose sultry vocals amazingly merge with Bjork's intensity to great effect. I certainly welcome more collaborations with Kelis whose so funky herself.



Great CD. Get the remixes and the DVD single too. The video is simply gorgeous.
