remaster?

Why hasn't this album been remastered like the rest of Barry's albums?

This One is for Music Lovers

I finally bought this cd to hear the songs that were not hits and I was not disappointed. You Oughta be Home with Me, Jump Shout Boogie, Riders to the Stars, Let Me Go, All the Time and See the Show Again are all wonderful. I love them as much as the big hit songs from this album. There isn't one song on this album that I skip through. Just a great collection of beautiful melodies and lyrics that touch your heart.

this one's for us

out of the 11 tracks on the CD, i like nine of them. the ones i don't like as much are "Say The Words" and "You Oughta Be Home With Me". i just couldn't understand Manilow on the second song, which has a title closer to a country song than what Manilow is used to...however the rest of the 9 songs are great. "Weekend in New England", "Looks Like We Made It", "This One's For You", and "Daybreak" were all SMASH HITS on the Easy Listening charts {now called AC, short for Adult-Contemporary}. In fact, they all landed high on the Hot 100 pop chart too with "Looks Like We Made It" selling a million copies and hitting #1 in 1977. The "Daybreak" on here isn't the single version...THAT was taken from his 1977 "LIVE!" album. "Riders to the Stars" is my favorite of all the songs on here that weren't singles.
