This song has to be one of her best to date. The infectiously dark and eerie vibe this song projects is enough to keep anyone hooked and wanting more. Her album 'Aaliyah' showed her maturity and growth as a young female artist who was tragically cut in the midst of her prime. Including a previously unreleased track "Messed Up" alongside "Are You Feelin' Me?" from the RMD Soundtrack, AND the beautifully sexy video to "We Need A Resolution" it certainly is the total package.Like Aaliyah was and still is to many fans all across the world.

This is not my favorite song but it's still a good one.It has a strange beat,but it's fun to listen to.It features Timbaland rapping,but it's still good.

One of my Top 5 Aaliyah Songs

This song is very cool and has a mysterious feeling and the video matches it well. I love both the song & the video.
I'm also happy to have the two other songs 'cause I have the European version of the Aaliyah CD which doesn't include Messed Up. It should also include the instrumental, a cappella and no rap versions of the song, I have them on a promo CD and really like them.
